Oak Tree Re-Dedication Ceremony

Jerry Papazian gave my husband, Dave, and me a grand tour of the vicinity leading to both Olympic Trees that were planted on the campus of the University of Southern California in 1936.  One Olympic Oak was presented to the USA 400 Meter Relay Team, and the other to Olympian,  Ken Carpenter a student at USC who won a gold medal in the discus category at Berlin.
